We are looking to retire in the philiippines within a year. Need as much information as possible. Have visited the Cebu area. Loved Moaboal, Kawazan Falls. Would like to look into area where there are some Americans; maybe a gated community for Security, not golf; medical care; 30 to 45 minutes from beach. Modest income.
