Well i want to say goodbye to thailand, love the good thai people.But the constant changeing rules about foreigners staying here, are annoying and getting more restrictive, Eg having to deposit a little more than 25.000 dollars in the bank each yr just to have a retirement visa, So i am here with the intention of moving to davao city in 3 months time and intend to stay for 6 months to get the feel of it and then who knows.. I want to tap the forum members knowledge in aiding me to make a smoother transition, as it can be so difficult moving blind as such

  Hell forum...Can any members tell me what type of rental accommodation i can get for 6 to 7, 000 peso's a month minus... i can get for 6 to 7, 000 peso's a month minus utilities, and friendly areas to stay in..Thank you in anticipation...
